(5) Put the upper cover of the bearing box in place, install the positioning pin, and connect the nut and bolt of the horizontal middle split surface of the bearing box

(6) In place the upper part of the bushing, install positioning pins, connecting bolts and nuts, and tighten the nuts.

13. On some joint surfaces, in order to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly and assembly, some lubricating grease and mechanical oil should be applied.

14. Poor installation of the air inlet duct and outlet duct of the fan.

15. The connecting bolts of various parts are loose.

16. Vibration caused by electrical defects: the three-phase magnetic field of the stator is asymmetrical, and the magnetic center is misaligned due to unbalanced three-phase voltage, single-phase operation, etc.; the stator core or stator coil is loose, which increases the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the stator; Electromagnetic vibration caused by uneven air gap of the motor; rotor conductor failure, loose parts, etc.
