1. Labyrinth closure

2. The sealing performance of the floating ring
Floating ring seal uses the floating oil that generates working pressure between the spindle bearing and the floating ring to maintain the balance between the comprehensive working pressure of the floating oil and the external load (the working pressure of the steam parameter), and seal the radial leakage of the substance during operation. Since the sealing performance of the floating ring has the advantage of fully automatic alignment with the management center, the sealing gap can be smaller. With the reduction of leakage, the working pressure of the sealing body can be adjusted according to the working pressure of the sealed material. 3. Machine seal
The inner hole sealing of the anticorrosive centrifugal fan mechanical equipment is the clamping torque of the static and moving ring inner hole friction pairs by the elastic element and the working pressure of the material and the elastic element, which exceed the sealed radial rotary sealing equipment. The sealing material usually adopts a sealing fluid (turbine oil) whose working pressure is 2.5~3.5 higher than that of the sealing material. During the entire rotation process, the oil film is generated on the friction surface, and the working pressure of the oil film is looking outward, from large to small, and then exceeds the balance with the sealing material. Since the working pressure of the sealing liquid exceeds the sealing material from beginning to end, the sealing material is not easy to leak under normal circumstances, but a small amount of the sealing liquid leaks inward, and the leaked sealing liquid will be comprehensively used according to the oil return port. Because of the structural change, the residual oil in the mechanical seal is much less than the edible oil used in the floating ring seal, but they are all slick oil seals.
4. Air tightness
The air tightness is a gas film seal, which is a better sealing method for turbo refrigeration compressors, and the sealing effect is better.
