Some people have already paid special attention to the hazards of the escalation difference, but incorrectly believe that the temperature of the fan will be higher when the fan is running. Therefore, the cold axis should be low, and the high-temperature natural environment where it is located is incorrectly used as the basis for measuring high thermal deformation.

3. When installing the anti-corrosion centrifugal fan bearing end cover, it can safely prevent the fixed end and the random end device from being wrong.

In order to integrate the explosion-proof centrifugal fan into the thermal deformation caused by the high-temperature natural environment of the anti-corrosion centrifugal fan shaft, the manufacturer planned an inaccurately positioned rolling bearing at the end of the anti-corrosion centrifugal fan. Accurate positioning The rolling bearing must be rigorously and accurately positioned during the entire installation process, and the swelling side of the rolling bearing is not restricted at will. If it is installed and exchanged, the shaft's arbitrarily expanding and retracting will be restricted, which will result in a safety accident for machinery and equipment. For this reason, when installing the anti-corrosion centrifugal fan, the commonly used prevention is to fix the fixed end and the optional bearing end cover.
