‍‍Before installation, first align the materials and tools used for installation, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the components of the fan, whether the machine parts are complete, and the direction of rotation of the impeller and the machine light is the same. Whether all parts are connected tightly, then use medium oil to clean the inside of the bearing box.‍‍

‍‍During the installation operation, the following points must be paid attention to in advance:‍‍

‍‍1 In order to prevent rusting on some joint surfaces, it is difficult to disassemble with less acid, so grease or engine oil should be applied.‍‍

‍‍2 For the bolts on the upper joint surface, if there are positioning pins, the pins should be installed first, and then the plastic bolts should be tightened.‍

‍‍3 Inspect the inside of Bai Beizuo of Jibanggong, and there should be no tools and sundries that are discharged or damaged.‍‍

‍‍4 The connecting surface of the fan and the geotechnical work, the air inlet and outlet pipes and the air outlet of the fan should be carefully adjusted to make it consistent with each other, and the connection is not wisely forcibly connected.‍‍

‍‍(1) Installation requirements‍‍

‍‍1 Install according to the permanent position and size of the drawing, in order to ensure high efficiency, especially to ensure the radial and axial gap size between the air inlet and the impeller.‍‍

‍‍2 Ensure the horizontal position of the main shaft, and measure the coaxiality between the main shaft and the motor shaft and the parallelism at both ends. The coaxiality tolerance of the two shafts is 0.2mm, and the parallelism tolerance of the two ends of the coupling is 0.2mm.‍‍

‍‍3 When installing the regulating door, be careful not to install it backwards, and ensure that the direction of air intake is consistent with the direction of rotation of the impeller.‍‍

‍‍4 The coupling should be equipped with a protective cover.‍‍

‍‍5 After the fan has been installed and passed the general inspection, the trial operation can be carried out.‍‍
